If goods have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse, we can adjust the invoice. Custom-ordered machinery or non-stock indent items cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

We currently ship to New Zealand as standard. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

Spare Parts & Consumables: Orders placed before 10:00am are dispatched same-day via overnight courier (North Island) or 2-day service (South Island).
Machinery: Large equipment is freighted. Transit times are typically 2-3 working days nationwide. We can arrange urgent point-to-point delivery if required.

Consumables: Unopened, stock-standard bags and films may be returned within 14 days, subject to a restocking fee. Food contact items cannot be returned if opened.
Machinery: All equipment is covered by our commercial warranty (12 months parts & labour for most units). Returns for non-faulty machinery are not accepted unless pre-arranged and subject to depreciation/restocking costs.

We offer 20th-of-the-month credit terms for regular commercial customers. Please request a credit application form from our accounts team.
First-time machinery purchases typically require a deposit 70% & full payment prior to dispatch.
