Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) of receiving order confirmation.

Our Customer Services Team will contact you directly if there is any issue fulfilling your order. 

Shipping Rates

Packaging

We offer flat rate shipping throughout NZ by item:

• Vacuum Bags $8.50 per unit (carton or sleeve)
• Trays  $15.00 per box
• Film $12.50 per roll

Machines

Our machines are manufactured to be robust and reliable; so while they maybe small & mighty, or, big & mighty; what they aren't manufactured for is standard freight charges.  Fortunately, our team are experts in calculating freight costs for all our machines, and will send you a freight inclusive quote for your confirmation before processing your order. 

Transit Time

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days from dispatch. However, Rural Delivery can take 7-10 days.

While we absolutely strive to get your orders out the door as quickly as possible; couriers are not always as enthusiastic as we are; and we simply cannot control what scenic tour your parcel make take once collected from our warehouse.

As a result all timeframes given by our team are only indicative, and we cannot accept any liability for any losses resulting from any goods not being delivered within any given timeframes.

International Shipping

We can and do supply machines and packaging to wherever needed on the planet; but what we don't do is have a billion different shipping costs, to every address on the planet, on this webpage.

What we do have is an aggressively competitive supply chain manager who will find the best rate for your order. You just need to let us know what you'd like to be delivered and where.
