Seal Time: 2.0 – 3.0 seconds.

Pressure: 7-8 Bar (recommended).

De-nesting: Designed for automatic de-nesting on high-speed lines.

Consumer Care Guidelines

Use these guidelines for your product packaging instructions:

  • Usage: Safe for Conventional Ovens. Microwave Safe (Follow Guidelines).
  • Oven Heating: Preheat to 180°C. Place tray on a baking sheet. Do not exceed 220°C.
  • Microwave: Remove lid completely. Ensure tray does not touch walls. Heat in bursts and stir thoroughly.
  • Safety: Tray must be at least 1/3 full before microwaving. Tray will be hot.

⚠️ Safety Note:
Always check your microwave manufacturer’s manual. While most modern microwaves allow foil trays if these guidelines are followed, older models may not. If you observe any sparking, stop the microwave immediately
