Deep Profile Smoothwall Tray (1000ml)
A deep 44mm version of the standard "220x150" tray. The extra depth makes this ideal for layered meals like lasagnas, potato-topped pies, or larger family-sized sides.
- Standard Footprint: Uses the same 220x150mm tooling as our 800ml trays, allowing you to switch between sizes without changing machine settings.
- Deep Capacity: 44mm depth accommodates taller products and prevents toppings from sticking to the lid.
- Cook & Chill: Rigid smoothwall construction goes safely from blast freezer (-40°C) to oven (+220°C).
- Sealable: Compatible with heat-seal lidding films (for MAP gas flushing) or snap-on Anti-Fog PET lids.
