The Enduro XL range redefines the standard piping bag. Unlike traditional disposable bags, these are manufactured from 70-micron multi-laminate vacuum film. This unique construction allows you to prep, hot-fill, vacuum seal, and sous vide directly in the bag before piping. Whether you are working with heavy ganaches, hot purées, or sous vide infusions, these bags provide the strength and thermal stability that standard pastry bags simply cannot match.
