Standard Warranty:  2-Year Warranty.

Warranty Void Clause
The product warranty will be voided under the following conditions:

  1. Mandatory Service Failure: If the machine is not serviced by an authorized technician at a minimum of every six (6) months.
  2. Lack of Standard Maintenance: If the customer fails to perform routine day-to-day maintenance on the machine.
  3. Misuse: If the machine is used beyond its intended purpose.

Essential Customer Maintenance Note
To maintain your warranty and ensure peak performance, maintenance requires:

  • Mandatory Service: The machine must undergo authorized service every six (6) months.
  • Protecting the Pump: Strictly preventing the pump from being flooded with liquids or food stuffs.
  • Oil Management: Prompt monitoring and routine changes of the vacuum pump oil.

Routine Service and Pricing

  • Standard Service Fee: A routine vacuum packer service is $275.00 ex GST when scheduled on a day our technician is already operating in your area.
  • Emergency Call-Outs: Note that other charges will apply for emergency or urgent call-outs outside of routine scheduling.
