Warranty and Service Details
Standard Warranty: Duration: 2-Year (excluding wearing parts).
Warranty Void Clause
The product warranty will be voided under the following conditions:
- Mandatory Service Failure: If the machine is not serviced by an authorized technician at a minimum of every six (6) months.
- Lack of Standard Maintenance: If the customer fails to perform routine day-to-day maintenance (protecting the pump, monitoring/changing oil).
- Misuse: If the machine is used beyond its intended purpose.
Essential Customer Maintenance Note
To maintain your warranty and ensure peak performance, maintenance requires:
- Mandatory Service: The machine must undergo authorized service every six (6) months.
- Protecting the Pump: Strictly preventing the pump from being flooded with liquids or food stuffs.
- Oil Management: Prompt monitoring and routine changes of the vacuum pump oil.
Routine Service and Pricing
- Standard Service Fee: A routine vacuum packer service is $275.00 ex GST when scheduled on a day our technician is already operating in your area.
- Emergency Call-Outs: Note that other charges will apply for emergency or urgent call-outs outside of routine scheduling.
