Compact, continuous rollstock thermoforming packaging machine engineered for meat processors, cheese packers, and commercial food manufacturers. Integrates tray forming, manual or automated product loading, vacuum/MAP/skin sealing, and precision cutting into a single space-efficient 3-metre chassis.

- Space-Saving 3-Metre Footprint: Delivers complete rollstock automation within a compact 3,012 mm chassis, maximising factory floor space without sacrificing throughput.
- Continuous High-Throughput Output: Operates at 5–6 cycles per minute (vacuum) and 4–5 cycles per minute (MAP), replacing multiple manual sealing stations.
- Busch 200 m³/h Vacuum System: High-capacity German vacuum pump ensures rapid evacuation and deep vacuum levels for reliable shelf-life extension.
- Rapid Tooling Changeovers: Modular quick-change mould system allows complete pocket tooling adjustments in ~20 minutes to accommodate varied pack sizes.
- Multi-Format Packaging: Fully configurable for standard vacuum packing, gas flush (MAP), and Vacuum Skin Packaging (VSP) on flexible bottom webs.
- Industrial Build & Logic: Heavy-gauge AISI 304 stainless steel and anodised alloy construction controlled via a 10.1-inch Mitsubishi PLC touchscreen.
