Warranty and Service Details
Standard Warranty: Duration: 1-Year (excluding wearing parts like Teflon belts).
Warranty Void Clause The product warranty will be voided under the following conditions:
- Mandatory Service Failure: If the machine is not inspected and serviced by an authorized technician at a minimum of every twelve (12) months.
- Lack of Standard Maintenance: If the customer fails to perform routine day-to-day maintenance (cleaning sealing blocks, replacing worn Teflon).
- Misuse: If the machine is used for materials not compatible with heat sealing or beyond its intended purpose.
Essential Customer Maintenance Note To maintain your warranty and ensure peak performance, maintenance requires:
- Routine Cleaning: Regularly cleaning the sealing belts and heating blocks to prevent plastic buildup.
- Wear Parts Management: Monitoring the Teflon sealing bands and replacing them immediately when worn to ensure seal quality and protect the heating elements.
- Cool Down Protocol: Always allowing the machine to run its auto-cool down cycle before unplugging to protect the internal components.
