A manual benchtop tray sealer designed for deli counters, caterers, and small-batch production. Includes dual bottom carrier plates to switch between large CPET ready-meal trays and smoothwall foil containers.
- Dual-Format Tooling: Includes interchangeable carriers to seal either END-94-1 CPET trays (294 × 193 × 40 mm) or END-2191-50 foil trays (293 × 150 × 50 mm).
- Lid-Locking Mechanism: Locks into place when the handle is lowered, maintaining steady sealing pressure without constant manual force.
- Perimeter Auto-Trim: Trims lidding film flush to the tray profile for a clean presentation.
- Digital Temperature Control: Simple digital controller ensures consistent heat sealing across varied film and tray materials.
- 100% Electric: Plugs directly into a standard 240V / 10A outlet with no air compressor required.
