A compact, semi-automatic tray sealer designed for packing environments with limited space. At 480 mm wide, it provides modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) and automatic profile trimming for small butcheries, commercial kitchens, and test facilities.
- 480 mm Width: Fits onto standard prep benches and small production floors.
- Integrated MAP Gas Flush: Injects inert gas to extend chilled product shelf life.
- Profile Trimming: Cuts film to the tray edge to eliminate overhang.
- Interchangeable Tooling: Available in 1, 2, or 4-cavity carrier configurations.
- Print Registration: Optical sensor aligns pre-printed and branded top web films.
- Automated Cycle: Operator pushes the tray drawer in; the unit handles gas flushing, sealing, trimming, and film rewind.
