A versatile, semi-automatic tray sealing platform built for medium-volume packaging. Designed to handle larger tray formats than the 9LF, the 9XXLF offers single, dual, or quad-cavity tooling options with integrated MAP gas flush and profile film cutting.
- Larger Tooling Capacity: Accommodates wider and longer trays, from bulk catering platters down to multi-lane single portions.
- Integrated MAP Gas Flush: Flushes trays with food-grade gas mixtures to extend chilled shelf life.
- Precision Profile Cut: Pneumatic trimming cuts film cleanly to the tray edge with no scrap overhang.
- Interchangeable Tooling: Tooling plates swap out quickly to run different tray formats on one machine.
- Print Registration: Optical sensor aligns pre-printed and branded lidding films accurately over each pocket.
- Semi-Automatic Cycle: Operator loads the trays and pushes the drawer in; the machine handles flushing, sealing, trimming, and film rewind.
