Industrial validatable impulse vacuum sealer engineered for high-specification food processing, medical device packaging, and technical manufacturing. Combines bi-active impulse sealing, an integrated vacuum and gas flush (MAP) nozzle system, and real-time parameter logging to guarantee hermetic seals and auditable process validation.

- Audion Temperature Controller (ATC): Precision impulse heating with real-time temperature verification and automatic cycle stops if parameters drift outside set tolerances.
- Full Process Validation: Generates audit-ready CSV batch reports logging machine ID, operator login, target parameters, actual seal readings, and pass/fail results via USB.
- Bi-Active 8 mm Sealing: Pneumatically actuated top and bottom heated seal bars penetrate heavy barrier pouches and foil laminates up to 2 × 200 microns.
- Integrated Venturi Vacuum & Gas Flush: Low-maintenance 10 m³/h Venturi system rapidly evacuates air and injects inert gas to extend shelf life, eliminate oxidation, or reduce bulk package volume.
- Touchscreen Interface: 50-recipe memory stores dedicated sealing temperatures, cooling limits, and vacuum/gas timing for fast product changeovers.
- Ergonomic Open-Head Design: Foot-pedal operation paired with an unobstructed seal area ensures fast, precise pouch alignment with minimal operator fatigue.
