The Audion VDT 5060 is an industrial-capacity hot water dip tank engineered to shrink excess film around vacuum-packed meat, poultry, cheese, and large-format smallgoods. Operating inline with commercial vacuum chamber sealers, it submerses barrier shrink bags to eliminate film skirts and wrinkles, enhancing pack puncture resistance and refrigerated presentation.
Features
- Hydraulic Submersion Platform: Heavy-duty hydraulic drive lowers and raises loads up to 60 kg with controlled motion, preventing pack shifting or surface agitation.
- Thermal Retention System: Insulated dual-skin tank walls paired with floating thermal insulation balls reduce surface evaporation and heat loss during continuous operation.
- Digital Process Control: Microprocessor interface provides direct control over setpoint water temperature, immersion dwell time, and water level monitoring.
- Sanitary Maintenance: 304-grade stainless steel body featuring radiused internal tank corners, integrated perimeter water overflow, and a side-mounted manual drain tap.
