The DT6050 is a commercial hot water shrink dip tank engineered to eliminate film excess and wrinkles around vacuum-packed meat cuts, poultry, and block cheeses. Working inline with vacuum chamber packers, it uses a controlled electric immersion cycle to shrink barrier shrink bags tightly against the product, enhancing puncture protection and refrigerated shelf presentation.

- Electric Immersion Platform: Motorised dipping mechanism lowers and raises batches up to 50 kg smoothly to prevent product shifting during submersion.
- Rapid Recovery Heating: 12.2 kW heating elements provide rapid initial heat-up and constant water temperature recovery during continuous packaging cycles.
- Digital Process Control: Microprocessor interface enables direct setting of water temperature and immersion dwell times for consistent pack results.
- Low-Water Safety Cut-Off: Integrated water-level sensor automatically isolates heating elements if levels drop below safe thresholds, preventing element burnout.
- Commercial 304 Stainless Build: Heavy-gauge food-grade stainless steel construction with a side-mounted drain valve for straightforward washdown and drainage.
