Workshop-overhauled and fully tested by our Tauranga technicians, this semi-automatic 9LF tray sealer delivers industrial modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) in a compact benchtop footprint.
It comes production-ready with custom single-cavity tooling for 170 × 127 mm trays. While this chassis can accommodate higher-output dual-cavity plates, this 1-up configuration provides a cost-effective solution for pilot runs, test kitchens, or low-volume packaging without new-machine capital cost. Replacement or upgraded multi-cavity tooling sets are available from $5,000 to scale output as your production volumes grow.
