Engineered to fit the Enduro 9XXL semi-automatic benchtop tray sealer, this custom aluminium tooling set is configured in a 2-up layout to seal two 178 × 135 mm trays per cycle.
Manufactured for commercial durability, the set includes both the lower carrier drawer plate and the upper heated sealing head with integrated perimeter contour-cut blades.
It delivers a clean, hermetic seal, neatly trimmed film, allowing operators to achieve throughputs of up to ~520 packs per hour with a standard heat-seal cycle.
